Newfoundland and Labrador

What it does: A self-assessment tool to help determine if users need to be tested for COVID-19 and to what degree they must isolate.
Details: The self-assessment tool is designed strictly to help determine if you currently require a COVID-19 test. If your symptoms worsen dial 811. 

Prince Edward Island

Link: What it does: This self-assessment tool is for anyone experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, returning from travel and those who have come in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 to help determine whether you should be tested for COVID-19.
Details: Testing is currently focused on those who are experiencing symptoms, have returned from travel, or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19.

What it does: A self-assessment tool to help determine if users need to be tested for COVID-19 and to what degree they must isolate.
Details: A referral is required to obtain a COVID-19 test. This self-assessment does not qualify as a referral.

What it does: A self-assessment tool to help determine if users need to be tested for COVID-19 and to what degree they must isolate.
Details: The COVID-19 test is only for people who currently have symptoms of the virus. The test does not show if you were infected in the past and are no longer symptomatic.

British Columbia

What it does: A self-assessment tool developed with the BC Ministry of Health will help determine whether users require further assessment or testing for COVID-19.
Details: Note that this self-assessment tool is intended for assessment of COVID-19 only. Your symptoms may not be related to COVID-19 and could require you to seek medical attention.

Northwest Territories

Details: Testing is currently focused on individuals who have traveled outside Yukon or had contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or have developed symptoms of COVID-19.
